Welcome to your brain. In future posts, your brain will enjoy a variety of topics. And that’s just the beginning. I take requests, too. This blog is not intended to be a replacement for therapy but rather is intended to educate. Although I will include recent research findings into my posts whenever possible, my posts will also be informed by my personal experiences and opinions. I envision posting articles by other mental health professionals as well and invite submissions, comments*, and questions.
